How much time do I need for training?

Depending on the stage you’re at, the training duration may change. First, you’ll be improving the control over your muscles and learn how to activate them correctly. At this stage, you’ll be exercising for about 6 minutes per day.

We’ll be gradually increasing this time, incorporating more and more difficult exercises in the app over time. The maximum duration of your training will be around 10 minutes
